North America Sales Director

We are currently seeking a Sales Director who will aggressively acquire major new accounts and drive revenues.


Job Description

The Sales Director is responsible for acquiring new customers from medium to large North America based businesses. This requires managing a complex sales cycle and engaging with business champions across the organizational hierarchy, all the way through to C-level executives. The Sales Director manages all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting, demos, pilots, and successful deal closing.

  • Acquire new accounts in NA to meet and exceed quota.

  • Work with the CEO to develop, prioritize and implement sales strategies and plans.

  • Identify and penetrate targeted prospects with significant revenue generation potential.

  • Manage the entire sales-cycle involving tech/business champions and engaging with C-level executives.

  • Build and deliver impactful, concise demos, presentations, etc., which demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and how our solutions address them.

  • Use sales automation (HubSpot) to update prospect and customer information, develop pipeline, and to estimate the timing and value of potential sales opportunities.

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience, selling software/SaaS solutions to accounts in the US.

  • Experience in remote sales to the US market.

  • Significant experience selling SaaS/enterprise software to senior executives within IT/cloud operations functions, CTO, CIO, and cybersecurity.

  • Documented, proven track record in closing new accounts and consistently meeting sales quotas.

  • Strong sales skills including prospecting, needs analysis, demos, proposal development, pilot, negotiation, and closing.

  • Excellent verbal, digital, and written communication skills in English.

  • Experience in using a CRM as part of the daily routine (Hubspot).
